Chief Product Officer at JUV Consulting
Shaina Zafar is a 19-year-old rising junior at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in International Relations with a minor in Consumer Psychology. She is a first-generation, low-income college student passionate about Asian American issues, gender equity, and emotional intelligence, highlighting intersectionality in her work. At Penn, she is on the Board of Directors for the Pan-Asian American Community House and building out social entrepreneurship opportunities at the university. Most recently, she became the United State of Women Ambassador for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She currently serves as the Chief Product Officer for JUV Consulting, a Generation Z marketing consultancy that works with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits to effectively market to Gen Z. Outside of all this, Shaina makes a playlist with exactly 365 songs every year on her birthday and is always tweeting!
