Nancy Hill was the founder and first director of the QuestBridge Scholars Network. A first-generation college student herself, Nancy graduated from Amherst College (AB) and Brown University (AM) long before they partnered with QuestBridge. Prior to working at QuestBridge
from 2008–2013, she served as an academic advisor to Posse and SSS TRiO students. She was inspired to help create a unified core of QuestBridge Scholars and a national network where they could draw strength, inspiration, and friendship from one another.
Nancy now lives in Rhode Island and works as a freelance consultant, doing development projects at Stanford University and a technology company in California. She is passionate about access to education. She served for four years as a director on the Mountain View–Los Altos
High School Foundation Board and has been actively involved as a volunteer in fundraising for programs that benefit young musicians.
